Build Your Confidence for Better Work/Life Balance

  1. Ask a good friend and trusted colleagues to share with you the things that they admire you for. Write those things down and read them often.
  2. Reduce and eliminate negative self-talk. Replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk.
  3. Learn from those who have the self-confidence that you admire. Read their newsletters or books, attend their virtual events, watch their videos, etc. Every Monday and every other Wednesday, I co-host expert panel discussions on topics that help people become more successful and confident.
